I have over 10 years experience in teaching, supporting and guiding learners. I have taught physics to first-year engineering students at Devry, Calgary. I have worked with high school students with learning disabilities. I find the greatest joy in helping people to learn and to organize events that connect the community.
My experience includes developing curricula, organizing educational and community events and supporting a wide range of learners. Currently I am running a business, am a part of a community garden in vancouver and growing food. I also like to learn new things about gardening. I am currently taking PIDP to improve my skills of classroom leadership and facilitation. Writing this blog is definitely a step in my professional development.
